Renonym sells one-time digital purchases — credit packs and passes. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewal, so there is nothing to cancel.
Full refund within 7 days of purchase if the purchase is unused — meaning no credits from it have been spent and no reports, sessions, or exports have been generated with it.
Purchases where credits have been spent are non-refundable, as generation costs are incurred immediately.
Email support@renonym.com from the email on your account, with the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt. We respond within 48 hours.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days; bank timelines may vary.
If you were charged but did not receive credits or access, contact us — verified duplicate or failed-but-charged payments are refunded in full, no questions asked.
